SFR – (SHORT SALES & FORECLOSURES) – Arguably one of the most important designations an agent can have in today’s market. This certification ensures that the real estate agent has undergone extensive training in dealing with short sales and foreclosures.
If you are wanting an agent that will negotiate a great deal for you in today’s market (even if its not on a short sale/foreclosure home), an agent with the SFR designation makes a great choice.
